Here’s how to get started:

1. Become a seller

  • Sign Up: Click the "Seller Portal" link (found in the footer or navigation menu) to start your application.

  • Get Approved: Once you submit your application and choose a seller plan, the ArtsKeeper team will review your profile. Once approved, you'll receive an email with login details to access your seller dashboard.

2. Set up your shop

  • Personalize Your Profile: Make your store your own with your business name, logo, descriptions, policies, and contact information.

  • Connect Payments: Easily link your preferred payment method (like PayPal) to receive your earnings.

  • Shipping Made Easy: Set up your shipping options, including locations and costs, so customers know what to expect.

3. Add and manage your products

  • Showcase Your Art: Upload high-quality images and detailed descriptions for each product.

  • Categorize for Success: Help customers discover your work by assigning products to relevant categories.

  • Manage Inventory: Keep your listings accurate by updating product availability as items are sold.

  • Pricing and Options: Set your prices and easily add variations (like size or color) for your products.

4. Fulfill orders and support customers

  • Process Orders Promptly: Respond to new orders, package and ship products efficiently, and provide tracking details.

  • Provide Great Service: Be ready to answer questions, address concerns, and offer support to your customers.

  • Easy Returns: Clearly outline your return and refund policies – remember, you're in charge of the entire transaction process, from sale to fulfillment. Customer satisfaction means return buyers and good reviews.

5. Utilize your seller dashboard

  • Track Your Success: Monitor your sales, order statuses, and performance analytics to optimize your shop and strategy.
