when you've reached that point of trust

and i'll tell you mine

past love was to me

like aversion therapy

it ended in hurt

do you think of me

as much as i think of you

think of me at all

first of all be free

for i will only bind you

with your own wishes

i've loved love so much

yet love's only brought me pain

stolen life's laughter

busy loving bee

visits favorite flowers

sips at my poems

tongue turns words over

unfolding inner secrets

tasting their meanings

asked for a picture

so you sent me poetry

kept next to my heart

white whispers falling

tickling stark naked tree limbs

voyeur moon watching

shadows of the moon

wave of hair a curve of cheek

silver mystery
