COMPANY - I Saw Something Pictures, Inc. Contract - Negotiated Terms POSTION AVAILABILITY - Jun 20, 2022 We’re seeking producer(s) to help raise the remaining production budget for our upcoming movie, “Mr.’Razi.” This is a feature length film being produced by “I Saw Something Pictures, Inc,” in Toronto, Canada. We already have a distributor in place. For obtaining any investor for at least one point and the minimum amount of CAD $3,000; you’ll receive a 10% finders fee for the total or any amounts you raise. So it’ll be $300 for every $3,000 you raise. You’ll also receive a producer credit on the film. As we’ve now raised most of the required budget to date, the task will be to help sell any amount of the remaining 25 points for investment. This has a guaranteed ROI for the investor. There’s a contractually guaranteed 20% return on any investor’s initial investment by December 31st, 2023. This is separate from the net profit after the film’s release. The investor’s profit will be 0.5% of box office, streaming and blue ray profits annually while the film is in circulation. We’re offering this in increments of 1 point @ CAD $3,000 each. Any investor can purchase as many points as they’d like out of the currently available 25. Even if it’s just 1 point, that contractually guarantees a 20% return on the point(s) purchased, plus additional profits from the film annually. Artistic freedom (or freedom of artistic expression) can be defined as "the freedom to imagine, create and distribute diverse cultural expressions free of governmental censorship, political interference or the pressures of non-state actors." Generally, artistic freedom describes the extent of independence artists obtain to create art freely. Moreover, artistic freedom concerns "the rights of citizens to access artistic expressions and take part in cultural life - and thus [represents] one of the key issues for democracy." The extent of freedom indispensable to create art freely differs regarding the existence or nonexistence of national instruments established to protect, to promote, to control or to censor artists and their creative expressions. This is why universal, regional and national legal provisions have been installed to guarantee the right to freedom of expression in general and of artistic expression in particular. In 2013, Ms Farida Shaheed, United Nations special rapporteur to the Human Rights Council, presented her "Report in the field of cultural rights: The right to freedom of expression and creativity" providing a comprehensive study of the status quo of, and specifically the limitations and challenges to, artistic freedom worldwide. In this study, artistic freedom "was put forward as a basic human right that went beyond the 'right to create' or the 'right to participate in cultural life'."
