AT HER CALDRON'S EDGE

at her caldron's edge

feeling her heat i leap into

her burning lava

-----

how thrilling her words

if she would but let me hear

their silent echoes

-----

her eyes truth's windows

her robes hiding her secrets

revealed by her words

-----

she dreams a beast

raw poet she's not yet found

but longs to embrace

-----

wears her magic gown

invisible in moonlight

to tempt her poet

-----

for what is her beast

but poet in tattered guise

lost in poems of her

-----

your sweetest secrets

from the first revealed to me

by poems you like

-----

make me a poem

words you barely dare to think

blushing as you write

-----

a state of undress

a lover resting revealed

aching ro be read

-----

Foreplay happening at the speed of light,

Burning brightly with the fire of desire,

Clothing discarded left and right as

Bare bodies slap together,

Colliding in their meteoric trajectory,

To the universal cries of s sexual nova.
